If we don’t know each other yet, I’m a fitness and nutrition coach in Boston, MA. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now, and in the latter half of that time, I have been focusing my efforts on helping my clients improve their lives through better eating and lifestyle habits. I currently work with clients not only in the Boston area, but around the United States, and have even had the chance to work with distance clients overseas.

The following cookbook contains a collection of recipes that I’ve had to come up with not only for myself, but for my clients as well. I knew something was not right with my body, and so I started working with a holistic practitioner to get to the root of the problem. Over the next 3-4 years, I had a lot success and saw a lot of improvement in my health and my body. I did a lot of experimenting with food, and I had to come up with gluten-free recipes that actually tasted good, and were good for me.

Over time I started to collect all my recipes, I started to blog about them, and then I started to develop my nutrition-coaching program that utilized all of the recipes that I had come up with over the last several years.

If you struggle with food sensitivities, you may find some relief in removing… Read more…
