But before I do that, let me tell you a story of how I started this journey. One day my client and friend came to the gym and we were talking about weight loss. He then told me this story…

At the firehouse we prepare our own meals…big meals! A typical breakfast would be eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, toast and sometimes biscuits and gravy. Lunch would be hamburgers, French fires and soda. Dinner would consist of a variety of things including roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and vegetables. Seconds and sometimes thirds were consumed.

Now my friend decided he wanted to look better for his new girlfriend and decided to lose some weight. So he concluded that he would simply eat less food. That’s all nothing fancy, nothing healthy, the same food simply less.

Then I decided to make my experimental protocol available to my clients. It was interesting! It really helped a lot of my clients Lose Fat and Keep it off!

I kept track of everything I could and put it into a document and now I’m going to show you how losing weight and keeping it off can be a piece of cake. I’d occasionally eat one of those too!
