6 pack quest book picAre you still searching for the "easy miracle pill" in getting a 6 pack ab?  I know where you are coming from, too.  I constantly seem to deal with trying to get a 6 pack.  But you know, it really is not rocket science.  It does require some work and most of us simply don’t want to change, me included.

I finished reading the entire course (for the second time now) because we tend to miss subtle small tidbits this first time through.  I will probably read this 2 or more times in the coming months also.

Ask yourself these questions:

• Will this alcoholic drink help me get my 6-pack or delay my 6-pack?
• Will having a few handfuls of popcorn at the movies get me closer to my goals or
further from my goals?
• Will “just one” slice of cake speed up my gains or slow my gains?
• Will cutting time off my cardio workout get me into my swimsuit faster or
slower?
• Will not eating my vegetables just this once, because I’m too lazy, assist in me
losing 1% fat per week?

It’s not the one slip-up, but the accumulation of slip-ups, and snowball effect it creates.  Re-read…think about it…take action!
