My ongoing workout goal involves reducing my ab fat and continuing to build upper body strenght and tone my muscles. So today was a weight day. I always warm up by doing 15 to 20 minutes on an elliptical machine. This gets the blood moving in both my arms and legs. Warming up, cooling down and stretching are as important to the work out as the workout itself.

After the warm up, I dove into ab work. I picked up several good ab tips from David and found I can really feel a difference the next day. My biggest challenge is working the groups in an amount of time before I go back to work. So today was ab work, upper body dips, bicep curls and crunches. The weekend will give me time with the family to walk, bicycle and just have fun!

To your health and fitness, Keith

p.s. If you want to know where my plan originates, I am following the book Tom Venuto wrote.  I bought it last year and continue to learn more everyday as I progress.
